Description

Lightweight, sterilization-resistant and reusable filters for N95 medical masks. NIOSH certification in the U.S. for finished products.

TEMISH is a PTFE filter material that can be autoclaved or sterilized by ethylene oxide gas. It is a porous membrane composed of fine fibers that can physically collect dust and viruses.

Features

  • TEMISH filter can meet the N95 standards according to NIOSH and ASTM F2100-11 for blood resistance and flammability
  • Filter Collection Efficiency ranges from 95 to ~99.99995%, and its collection characteristics are more stable than those of General Electret Filters
  • Since porous membrane are composed of fine fibers, it has an excellent balance between air permeability and collection efficiency
  • PFE, BFE and VFE show more than 99% collection efficency
※PFE(Particle Filtration Efficiency): Indicates how much it can filter fine particles of about 0.1μm
※BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency): Indicates how much it can filter particles of about 3.0μm including bacteria
※VFE (Viral Filtration Efficiency): Indicates how well the filter can filter particles containing biological viruses of approximately 0.1μm to 5.0μm
  • Stable properties even in high-humidity environments and excellent storage properties
  • Compared to ordinary N95 masks, the filter material is lighter and more comfortable

Function

CBRN Masks
Industrial Masks(P100, R100, N100, P3)
Medical Masks(N95, N99, FPP2, FPP3)

[Remarks]
※Pressure loss and collection efficiency were measured at 5.3 cm/sec
※The data represents value and does not guaranteed performance

Structures

By controlling the pore size of the PTFE porous membrane, the pressure drop and collection efficiency are improved.

Characteristics

TEMISH has a high level of collection efficiency after sterilization, and its collection characteristics are more stable than those of common N95 electret filters.

Autoclave Sterilization Test Results

[Remarks]
※Heating in an autoclave sterilizer at 120°C for 20 minutes
※Measurement of filter collection efficiency and pressure drop
(Linear Velocity: 5.3cm/sec, Particle Size: DEHS0.1μm)
※The data represents value and does not guaranteed performance

Alcohol Disinfectant Spray Cycle Test

[Test Method]
1) Apply 5 pushes of alcohol sanitizer (75% concentration) to the surface of the filter media
2) Dry at room temperature overnight
3) Measurement of filter collection efficiency and pressure drop
 (Linear Velocity: 5.3 cm/sec, Particles: DEHS 0.1μm)
4) Repeat step1-3
