LOCTITE® LB 8104 is a colorless grease based on silicone and thickened with silica gel. It has a wide temperature range (up to +200°C), lubricating most plastics and elastomeric components. It has an H1 NSF Reg No of 122981 and is graded NLGI Class 2/3.

LOCTITE®
LB 8104™ is a silicone valve and packing grease
suitable for use on equipment in the food processing industry.
This product is suitable for lubricating plastic and elastomeric
components (e.g. valves and joints in hot and cold water
systems). May be used to assist fitting of "O" rings. This
product is typically used in applications with an operating
range of -40 °C to +200 °C.

NSF International

Registered to NSF Category H1 for use as a lubricant with
incidental food contact in and around food processing areas.

GENERAL INFORMATION

This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen
and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected
with a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing
materials.

Directions for use

1. Apply to clean parts which need lubricating, avoid
   excessive lubrication.

Storage

Store product in the unopened container in a dry location.
Storage information may be indicated on the product container
labeling.
Optimal Storage: 8 °C to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or
greater than 28 °C can adversely affect product properties.
Material removed from containers may be contaminated during
use. Do not return product to the original container. Henkel
Corporation cannot assume responsibility for product which
